Wash-Vac used to be brill, but since they sold out to the Wolsley Group and renamed it Parts Center, forget it.

I always found the Electrue DVD to be a pain, because we only order once a month or so being a small outfit they kept disconnecting our account from the server spoke to their help desk many times about getting cut off, was told to use the web page. No help what so ever, I only order from them now if I have no other choice. Masterpart are very good if the phone staff can be bothered to look up the part, it depends on who answers the phone. The new number is a 0870 you pay thruogh the nose for that, the old number still works use that.

😉Why not just use the web site, works perfectly for me 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time.

Jim.Now it’s ok but Some time back it was very patchy, I found they were not very helpful at the time in fact quite snooty.
