So, we now know it fills with cold water but yet at the end of the complete cycle the clothes are still warm and as a result most likely to be very creased. How very very odd. 😕
Still, I’m well up for a challenge as is my mate chezza I’m sure. So fatman, can we first try to suss out why, being as the machine rinses in cold water, the clothes come out warm? Then perhaps we can go from there. 💡

Let me help further with a few additional questions : –

Are you setting the correct programme cycle for the correct garmets?

Are these garmets left inside the washer for any extended period after the wash has finished before you take them out?

Are certain fabrics more prone to this problem than others?

Are you careful not to overload the machine per wash?

When did you last check and clean the drain filter?

    Yes

No, they are generally taken straight out.

Are certain fabrics more prone to this problem than others?

Probably towels more so than others in terms of temperature. Bedding comes out very creased.

Are you careful not to overload the machine per wash?

    Yes.

When did you last check and clean the drain filter?

Thats done on a pretty regular basis.
