On a ZWF1021.
Its a 5 minute procedure through the door, never took the front off one.
But in answer to your question, yes it comes off.If its however an older type ZWF1021W, its the older type of zanny, that outer casing splits at the sides.

Same as the Bosch mate. One of the easiest seals to fit. Hope that’s not the kiss of death

Well door boot was pretty easy, few cuts on pinkies, but nothing life threatining!
Customer also complained of door taking ages to unlock, ranging from 20 mins, to the following morning!.. Pressure vessel clear as a bell, presssure switch seems fine.
I put it down to faulty interlock, and door catch, so have now changed these items.
I now have exactly the same problem, am i missing the obvious here?

Forgot to add, that even with interlock manually latched, it still takes forever.

New interlock required, some of them take an age to cool off

Was thinking it may be that, martin, but even with door wide open and interlock manually latched, using my patented latching tool (terminal screwdriver).. Its still bot unlatching for around 15-20 minutes…

Hmmm? Not had a prob with interlocks, especially new ones, like this. So my only thought is that either the heater has an earth leak or the pressure switch contacts are sticking.
