Participanthi lads 1st day back and one of these mares , only 14 month old got no motor action. on wash or spin , got one of they induction motors on it , checked with pessure pipe off still same,hold start and 1st option buttons comes up c 11 ? what that mean ? is that me propaly into diagnostics? goes through all the flahsing lights extra?

you wrekin? waste o time then as a thoght? only thing is a had one about 3 month ago none lcd display, took back work shop ,put it into diagnostics then away it went grr ,is there away o canceling a fault on these? ie if pump wasnt draining or something? that was causing the orignal fault, if its not the pcb?

thoght this is the product code 914522629 its only 14 month old induction motor , lcd display. when put on spin , drains for about 10 secs then does nothing then 5 mins later drains again then sme till counts down . here a a kind of relay sound tho as if motor should be goin , like the neff washers when brushes were gone ?

C11 means you have entered diagnostics. Keep turning. At 6 o’clock or 10th position or somewhere anyway, you should get an error code.

If you’ve got no motor action do a few resistance measurements on motor. Should be three equal coils if it’s a 3 phase I’d think. If that looks Ok, then you are looking at board / loom.
If it’s only 14 moons old and bought from a retailer who cares about their reputation (e.g. Currys 😯 , not Argos) (and customer hasn’t abused it by using it on uneven floor for example) send customer to retailer with a moan. Unless they’re prepared to pay you £150 up front to go out and buy a new board and don’t mind if it’s still not fixed.

ahh rite as a turn timer round . thoght 6 o clock would be off position .bought online so dowt cust will have much joy,mibe job for service force mmm

I think off position is usually 12 o’clock.

Mike, do please bear in mind that in Scotland they regard ‘6 o’clock’ as any time on the dial. They got wise to the fact that somewhere in the world it is 6 o’clock, so…..time fer another wee dram, eh Jimmy aye?
