    He says hes checked other premises in the area etc. he called in last wednesday morning and we were a bit busy, but he did say that the rent would be just about doubled. i asked him if he could call back saturday lunch between 12 & 1, he didnt show up.

    Thanks for the reply brian, have been in touch with them and again it is the dual ele. did find another part no. for it though 78651361 comes up as obsolete on connections. anyone any ideas ?
