yeah hard water here
a good hard hit and a decent torx bit
worked every time
we have a ratchet with a metal tube fixed to it which gives a bit of extra leaverage
need a new torx bit every approx ten shaft changes

i sold her a new w/machine
beko wme7247 which is a recommended on which on-line apparently
so the bosch will be done in the workshop as a recon

she has deposited another £100 into my account
so basically everything on my claim is now wrong
the £50 i put was meant to be to cover my calls/emails etc
