Iam new on this forum, Do you want the appliance back or the monies oweing to you, whatever your cost figure is process thie in the small claims court LOCAL TO YOUR SELF these people who work there will help you, upon judgement passed you then go back to the court office and pay a small amount money which you can claim back along with your costs plus intrest, and apply for a distress warrant where the court bailif will call round to the property for payment failing to pay will result in the bailif removing goods to the value of the said claimed amount.
