Those of you who are staying on the Friday night will not be able to eat in the Hotel due to the party night being on, so do you want me to book there sister Hotel like the last time and they will organise you transport there and back. If so can you let me know what time will suit everyone.
Unfortunately Kenneth and I will not be able to make it for dinner on the Friday night as we have to go to the Def Leppard concert (my fault) so we wont be able to meet you all until goodness knows when on the Friday night unless you all get tickets and come and join us. 😆T

All rooms at the Lodge are now gone so if anyone else would like to come to the Xmas night out then you will have to stay at the Inn at Inverbeg it is a lovely hotel i have stayed there in the past.

Anyway i will be completing the booking form for the meal tomorrow so please let me know if you would like to attend by then.Ty

The Hotel have just emailed me to say that there has been mix up with the rooms for the 3rd Dec as the person who i was dealing with went on holiday and one of her colleagues booked out all the rooms to another company. They have had a cancellation on the 10th Dec but only a handful of rooms are vacant which fingers crossed i have managed to reserve. If anyone wanst to go on this night then let me know but if i can’t get you a room at the Lodge then you would have to stay at their sister hotel The Inverbeg Inn but they will put on a bus to get you to and from the party night.
Again anyone wanting to go and also require a room for the Friday as well PM me with your details.

That’s a shame Bryan but after that i was only left with Friday nights which just wouldn’t suit anyone. I’m sure you will have a fab time in Prague.

I got in contact with the Lodge on Loch Lomond today about the Christmas party night i was trying to get the 10th December but they had no rooms left so it will be Saturday the 3rd December.
What i need to know is who is wanting to go and i must have definite’s as they need to know the exact number for rooms at the moment i have 16 double rooms on hold but only until next week.
The prices are the same as before £60 per person B&B UKW will pay for the meal on the night but because the meal is non refundable any cancellations will invoiced to you. Also, anyone wanting to stay on the Friday night let me know but i will need a contact number for these as the Lodge will phone you directly for payment. The Saturday night rooms UKW will have to pay for as they are part of the party night package so we will invoice you and if i don’t receive payment before the final balance has to be paid to the hotel i will cancel your room.
Right so anyone wanting to go send me a PM, i need to know how many people and a contact number please.Thanks 😀
