Don’t suppose anyone has service manual or knows how to access test cycle on this one, suspect faulty main PCB but thought I’d run test cycle before ordering.
Customer originally reported it wasn’t completing cycles, everything tested OK other than heater was dead so I’ve replaced that.
Got called back today and machine is stopping with 18 minutes left.
Fills and drains OK, and if you select rinse and spin it completes that.Left it running on a cotton wash for 10/15 mins and no power goes to heater so im guessing heater relay on board.
Quick update on this one.
Put it into diagnostic mode and the last recorded error was E08 (full)
On step 8 of the test cycle the main wash valve opens and fills.
On step 9 nothing (should be softener valve)
Swapped the connectors and on step 9 it now fills so looks like a dead softener valve.
After running test it comes up with E08 which is water intake error. Only getting 155 v to solenoid. Don’t see any broken cable or bad connections so, I presume it is something gone on module. Thanks
Check voltage with the connectors disconnected from the valve, I got some funny readings when connected to the faulty valve.
