When i open the lid i can stop the inner drum with my hand whilst it is on spin. Is this a motor problem? If so where can I purchase new motor and for how much? Normal problems are, damaged drive shaft and/or drum, gearbox or clutch problems. Engineer time to be honest as these have a pretty complex drive system, check repairs@ and the directories for one near you 😀 Dave.
