dont thing i like the idea of turning the machine over
the old hotpoint WMA series was similar
there were engineers out there who used to use zip ties to put the belt on
my way of doing it was hook belt on the motor. there was just enough room to get your hand down and hold the belt towards the inner part of the pulley then with the other hand put your arm inside the drum and use the drum as a lever to roll the belt on. you have to be careful your fingers are not through the pulley and be aware of what will happen if the belt slips off while trying to get it on. Also never use somebody else to turn the drum so your in total control
