This doesn’t have any reset TOC….. It goes onto the heat setting but the fan motor doesn’t start and nor do the heaters but it pumps out during the heat cycle fine and is quiet when it should have the motor/heater in operation and there’s no clicking or sounds from the boards – Not drawing any amps inbetween the pump outs (just silent)

I’m confused as to why the pump works when it should during a dry cycle but not the dryer motor or heaters AND No error codes??

uhave you gone into service mode and looked for error codes ?

have you checked water solenoid. Often these machines do a water check before starting dryer properly

I don’t know how to put it into Service mode unfortunately and didn’t know about the vavle check – it washes all ok though?
Is there a test mode on here somewhere, it didn’t come up when I entered the model number?

THANKS Dave — I went back today and it did show up an error of = ed1
which is a communication failure between the boards….. the suggestion in the manual says to change the “WD satallite board” but I find that in the any part description, do they mean the dryer board or the main board… or are there more boards??

i assume they mean the dryer board

    might be part no 132 78 73-00 / 4

    listed as £86 retail

have you check wiring and removed and replaced connectors ?

dont forget with a communication problem it can be either board or both

Yes I’ve checked the wiring going to the dryer board and my research shows the same part number, so I’ll quote the customer and see what happens….. THANKS again Dave for your incredible knowledge Happy New Year!
