    Hi all,

First post here. I have a similar issue to this other post: https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/forum…0x3gb-46/page3

I tried to add a comment to that thread but it didn’t allow me, maybe it is closed due to age.

The difference with my issue is that the machine does work and completes most of the cycle but appears to not wash as well as it used to and not finish the dry so everything is damp when the door is opened, and at that point the tap symbol is always flashing.

Any advice on what could be causing this?

    I’ve checked:

    – Water in, good pressure and clean filter
    – Waste out, flowing well and no kinks
    – Cleaned internal waste filter and checked impeller turns without any blockages
    – Removed and cleaned out the thing on the side where water comes in through (was quite a lot of gunk in there)

    Many thanks!
    Tim

First thing I would check is the heatpump. They are common to fail on these machines and would give the symptoms you describe.

Word of caution if that is at fault, check on the Neff website with your full ENR number to make sure you source the correct one and only use a genuine part as there are a few different ones that look physically the same but are not interchangeable.

Thank you! Will give that a try, much appreciated.
