Still no joy, I can’t actually see how it was fitted in the first place. Think I’m just going to have to live with having no lights on the cooker hood 🙁
you will find the wood will be screwed to the top of the kitchen units. find the screws and release the front ones and loosen the back ones. you should then be able to spring it enough to get it out. you might have to insert temp wedges to hold it up but you only need 5mm or so to get it out
