ParticipantThis works fine in normal use but it randomly turns on the cooling fan motor during the night and sometimes an hour after use.
I’ve not visited yet just been messaging him as I’ve not come across this problem before……… any ideas please?

Moderatorfrom what i can see of the parts list this unit uses a resistor that heats up and operates a stat to get a delay start and stop on the cooling fan. thats where i would look first

ParticipantI had this issue sometime ago and spoke to someone at BSH technical.
Here is the link to my post,
https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/forums/forum/trade-member-forums/trade-technical-spare-parts-forums/trade-technical-enquiries/870863-neff-oven-u1ace2hn0b01Basically, there is a NTC repair set (part number 12027485) that cured the issue.

I found the part number available from ASWO but there doesn’t seem to be any actual ceramic or button stat included, is this correct?

Moderatorthe ceramic and button stat is a different part.
i assume that the thermistor must sense the temp and turn on the creamic which then heats up and operates the button stat. when the oven is turned off it taked time to cool down the stat so the fan runs on for a while
cant find this thermisor in the part list but Swerve’s oven seems to be the same number so it must be there

ParticipantOn the BSH parts list, it is down as a sensor NTC (position 0984). I was told to fit all the parts supplied in the kit, which I did.
