I have a issue with the washing machine door. The model is a Siemens WM12Q362GB/09, on the inside trim that surrounds the glass this is coming away from the hinge side. I thought the trim would be held by screws but not seems to be some white rivet style fixings that cannot be removed and these seem to be missing that side. Is this a case of replacing the whole door ?

    thanks

    yes its a complete door
but if its only the head of the rivet that off the stud has a hole in the middle. find the right size self tapper and you can sometimes fix it

Looking though one of holes where the stud has snapped off, it does look like its snapped from the base of it.

well in that case nuts and bolts are your only option as siemans want £145 for a door

you could also try ebay for a used one

I’d be tempted to try some epoxy resin on the door first. For the sake of a couple quid, it’s worth a try.
