Morning all , Have one of the above dryers which no longer wants to heat up. I have Had back off and tested the thermostat for continuity and also the NTC adjacent, both reading continuity. but no power seems to be getting to the element. Wondering if its likely to be the NTC at the front is the culprit ?

She did say last time she used it no condensate was formed in the reservoir , but im assuming if no heat then obviously no condensate would form ??

    All help welcome
    Thanks

Check the water reservoir isn’t full. if it is it will activate a float switch which kills power to the heater.

ok checked again and Beko have made a mistake

its listed as heat pump all the tech is for heat pump but the parts list is correct for a heater model
