OCCASIONALLY WE GET ONE OR TWO SERVIS REPAIRS THROUGH D&G. IN FEB WE FITTED A MAIN ELECTRONIC TO A M6015. NOW THE PCB HAS FAILED AGAIN (IN DIFFERENT WAY). HAVE BEEN BLANKED BY GBDOM STATING I WILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN AS ONLY A 3 MONTH WARRANTY !! WHAT !
I TRIED ASKING THEM NICELY AND ADVISED THAT UNLESS THEY ARE PREPARED TO AGREE THIS WAS FAIR WEAR AND TEAR I THOUGHT THEY WERE OBLIGED TO LOOK AT HELPING ME OUT….NO, NOTHING THEY COULD DO, THREE MONTH WARRANTY….THREE MONTH WARRANTY, LIKE A ROBOT.
I AM NOW FORCED TO ENTER TIME CONSUMING CORRESPONDANCE AND POSSIBLE OTHER ACTION THAT I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME FOR. I CAN 👿 T AFFORD TO PAY THEIR PRICES AGAIN AND I DID TELL THEM THAT AT THE END OF THE DAY IT WAS A SERVIS CUSTOMER THAT SUFFERED WHILST I TRIED TO SORT IT OUT, THEY WERE NOT TOO BOTHERED.
I WAS ADVISED TO RING SERVIS UK BUT THEY DONT DEAL WITH ANY SPARES ISSUES AND REFFERED ME BACK TO THE ROBOT.
ANYBODY ELSE HAD THIS ? ANY CONTACTS WITHIN YOU CAN ADVISE AS DONT NORMALLY DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE ?
