This is a known issue with Brandt at the moment I’m afraid as they moved from doing spares direct to a third party in the UK which has caused mayhem over the past few months.
I am told it is being sorted and getting better but Brandt, I’m afraid, have stomped on many of us once too often and even although I was a Brandt agent (through various changes) for about twelve years, even I will no longer touch their products due to teh poor support from the company.
Sorry but there’s not really much I can do. 😕
