The problem is that it filled up with bubbles(washing up liquid) and ever since it is just dead.
The lights on the display light as normal but when the door is closed nothing happens
I have drained everything out of it and dried the sump but it is still the same , i am not to familiar with this model so dont know where to look next

    Any Ideas

Have you re-set and tried reprogramming? These “hang” at the point they got to, even if you power off. Hold down start button for about 5 seconds, and whatever it was doing, it should cancel. Then see what happens.

    Cheers,
    Chris.

    Hiya,
It’s a Whirlpool machine and if you’re not getting any error codes it’s possible the module has failed. The module cannot check itself so doesn’t give an error code when it throws it’s hand in.
If you are getting a flashing start button you’ll find the fault codes are posted for Whirlpool dishwashers.
With washing up liquid having gone through I would have expected a flooded base. If it’s deep enough and shorting out the pump (only happens if it has an Askoll one, this has the power connections on the bottom, daft idea that) then you can get a dead machine with no error code.
There are 4 machines listed with this model number. You’ll need the 12NC number to get the correct module, if you need one.

    Brian
