The prewash indicator is flashing four times. Does anyone know what that means? I’ve checked the pump is clear.

A little more information is needed please.
When does this happen; and what is the machine doing?
Is the machine filling with water OK?
Tell us as much as you can please.

The machine fills with water as normal and it drains but does not spin so it only went part of the way through the programme and then stopped. Then the prewash light indicator started to flash. I noticed it making an odd noise on the previous day while the drum was going round during the wash.

Motor action not being detected by computer – usually brushes worn out. Check Repairs@ or Directories for a repairer in your area.
Power off if you wish to investigate further.

It seams you all know your staff.
We just moved to a new house with Bosch WFF 2000 and we can’t find it’s manual.
can somebody suggest a link so we can egt if of the web or in any other way.
