    Hi team – I hear there’s some pretty onto it people on this site who can help with washer problems!

    Here goes – the washer has stopped spinning so I tried to turn it on and the water drained out.

    Would really appreciate any clues here!!

    Oh sure – it’s a Fisher & Paykel Smartdrive GH703 I think! Top loading with an agitator! Thanks for such a swift response!!

    This would be better off in the Australasia forum then eh? Where some of the nice chaps with more experience on these machines will see it. 😉

    Proceed as follows:
    Hold the “temperature down” button, then push “power”. Hit “spin up” and you’re in diagnostics. Report back with which lights on the wash progress panel light up and we should be able to tell you something.
