Can anyone help? Washing Machine not going!!!

Hi team – I hear there’s some pretty onto it people on this site who can help with washer problems!

Here goes – the washer has stopped spinning so I tried to turn it on and the water drained out.

Would really appreciate any clues here!!

Oh sure – it’s a Fisher & Paykel Smartdrive GH703 I think! Top loading with an agitator! Thanks for such a swift response!!

Proceed as follows:
Hold the “temperature down” button, then push “power”. Hit “spin up” and you’re in diagnostics. Report back with which lights on the wash progress panel light up and we should be able to tell you something.
