I’m assuming it’s a fault code 7 – it gives 7 flashes followed by a pause. Basically when I start the machine it enters the fault mode almost immediately. If I clean the filter and the spray arms it is usually okay.

MFI say it’s a water flow problem and is normally the water chamber needing replaced. I guess this could be a trick to get a technician out (my machine is over a year old).

    Appreciate any advice.

Yes, MFI are probably correct to be honest, it’s a flow meter problem E7 and the part is housed in the chamber.

Definitely one for an engineer, you shouldn’t have too much problem finding one, check Repairs@ and the directories on the main navigation menu 🙂

    Dave.
