    Hi There

I have an LG WM-1465FHD and the washer has now stopped mid cycle and full of water with an error: OE

I had this error before and the problem was something stopping the blades behind the filter from turning, I have cleared this and there seems to be no blockage.

The only way I can get the washer to keep going is to pull out the black hose and empty all water into that, then the washer spins as normal!!

What can be causing the problem?? ❓

It just stopped in the middle of a full wash with a ‘stuck’ kind of noise.

All I did was turn the filter so some water escaped and water seemed to gush through and the spin continued…

I checked the spindle behind the filter and that seemed to be spinning without obstruction, could it still be the problem do you think…?

It sounds like something went in to the pump and jammed it.

Check the associated hoses for coins, buttons etc as it may still be floating about in there, power off please :plug:

The hoses that attach to the pump other than the emegency drain one 😉

If you’re unsure, then please ask an engineer to attend for you, Repairs@ should provide one 🙂
