VT9’s will fit Lec fridges with an exposed evaporator, for wet wall use a VX0 which is basically the same but has a lower cut out temperature, this applies to Candy/Kelvinator as well, basically poor quality or underpowered compressors where the evaporator doesn’t get as cold as a better quality product.

Turning the inner screw anticlockwise if fridge is getting to cold ie kalvinators and clockwise to adjust to cut out colder.Experience tells me if they need any adjusting because i fit new stats to all fridges before i sell them.

I agree and would say that the above is a good selection of thermostat kits.

I recently priced a Miele thermostat for an undercounter fridge. £139+VAT!. VX0 went in instead, mind you had to pay £10 for that from Connect. Sure in the past I only paid £5 for them.
