KeymasterWe are now ready to enter the next stage which is showing you guys the product and leaving you the back up items we have been developing.
Sean, (del) has the appliance and will be making contact with some of you in the next few days to commence the product training.
It is expected that as soon as the delivery in January is accepted into warehouse, all authorised agents can commence business with ISE.It’s vital that you allow Sean in to show the appliance to you, we have many applicants to get round and those we miss on our first run through your area might have a delay before we can return.
In reality this appliance is easy to service and you should all in an hour be fully conversant with it. Sean will be able to answer questions and leave CD roms but all point of sale stuff will follow via snail mail to you.Any requests for extra copies of Tech info/Cd’s will also be snail mailed to you, please request from Sean the number you require.
Once “product familiar” we will issue to you certificate and stickers for your shop/vans ect.
All trade sales will be from ISE Appliances Ltd, ISE will not sell to the public, instead it will direct public enquiries to the UKW site, where we can deal with them. All public sales from the site will go to the agents in the appropriate postcodes. Where we have multiple agents who can deliver and install (in the same postcodes) we will share those sales and the installation work out between you.
It’s therefore important you indicate to Sean, that you are able to deliver and install to your customers. After all this is payable to you at £50.00 plus vat, nice work I’m sure you’ll agree.
Sean will be accompanied by 1 of our tech trainers (Rob Dray), Rob will have all training equipment with him and will be able to answer any Detergent questions you might have and will gladly revisit at a later date to carry out further training at your convenience.
As we have to start somewhere the following postcodes are where Sean will be calling, that is your postcode, not the postcodes you cover. If your postcode is there please expect a call from Sean.

They told me the reason they asked me was because they needed a very special kind of person for this particular task.
“Someone not too bright who can lift heavy things?” I enquired.
You got it in one they said !

Many thanks to all those who have responded to Sean calls…..its the level of co operation we expected and reinforces the new level of co operation between us.
Sorry to tell you this Mark, but you’ve got me showing you the appliance.

A big pat-on-the-back to Sean, for an excellent and professional presentation (wasted on the likes of me). It’s amazing how much tech info you guys have for it already!
The washer was nice and heavy, so you can tell it’s quality! 😀 Having been delivering Bosch for the last few years, I’d says it’s just a little heavier than one of them; and you can see why, when you spot the size of the concrete weight around the front. 😯
Goatboy’s summary: A nice tidy machine!
My only dissappointment was when he didn’t leave the ISE with me, so I could sell it 😉
Roll on February!

Two young men just came and gave me some pens and a DVD!!!!
They also gave me a glimpse of the trade fighting back
Solid looking machine, great back up and guarantees its a consumers dream, and if it ever goes wrong its an engineers dream 🙂What more can I say.
Cheers to Sean and Rob for an informative hour of their time
and thanks to UKW for another light at the end of the tunnel!
