H guys,
I’ve a problem with my Indesit washer/dryer. It’s an Omega 1200 (WDG1295W).
The water doesn’t seem to heat and also the tumble doesn’t dry.
I’ve whipped the lid off and can feel no hot spots when heating water on a 60 degree wash.
When using the tumble function, there is a “manifold” that sits across the top of the drum and this gets hot as hell. The internal drum does not get hot at all.

Water heating problem – probably element, p/no C00044772, although these machines do suffer wiring problems at the back of the drum.
Drying problem – fan motor not running is common – motor is p/no C000562883. The duct and the condenser housing are also so and soes for becoming bunged up with fluff and preventing airflow.
Power off if investigating.

C00044772 is about £20
C00056283 about £30Labour will vary, best discuss this with the repairer beforehand to be honest.
