ParticipantThis machine has a motor support leg at the rear of the motor, bolts to the tub and fits with a bush into the motor leg….does anyone have the part number for it please? (bush not required, just the support)

Need exact serial number, different motors, drums and mountings.
Also is it a W123UK BG/M or BG/P ?
Partfinder lists W123UK (BG) but comes up with ‘No Parts Listed’ ❓

The M and P refer to metal or plastic outer tank 🙂

It doesn’t seem to appear on that drawing Dave, the supports shown relate to the front of the motor, but the support required is at the back. It bolts to the strut mount on the base of the tub and hangs down to the motor rear leg RHS viewed from the front of the machine, locating with a rubber bush into the motor leg.

Ah, is this the one with the curved bracket thing that’s bolted to the bottom of the drum then the motor bolts to that ?
C00066074 = “cradle set outer” if it is, I hope that contains the part you need as well, if not I’m goosed on this one.
Dave.

Yes thats the one!….its not the pulley end bracket (39) but this sounds like it?(no bolt fixing, the motor just hangs on a lug with bush on the end of the bracket)
I’ll give indimerlotpoint another call and see what they say this time.
Cheers guys

Dave.
If I enter that in W123 it comes up as ‘Not Found’ it is in the W133 parts list though, doesn’t look much like a support leg to me. ❓Might be time for the trusty digital camera. 😉

Just put the part number in to Partfinder for future ref, you don’t need to enter anything else 🙂
Dave.
I often do that, it just didn’t look like anything on the W123’s that I have seen. 😉February 6, 2006 at 10:35 pm #163542Dave_Conway

Just a follow up FYI….I ordered the cradle set but it looked nothing like the mountings on the machine….I managed to get a friend to TIG weld it in the end….proper job!
It is yet another example of a manufacturer banging out machines at all costs without the careful back-up of technical information and spares supply 😕
