Procedure goes – PM, say Hi, then do the “keep it safe, keep it sensible or I’ll edit/delete you”
Want to do it, or shall I?

I hope he will get the hint with my less than cryptic ‘washerdoc’ tag,
feel free to admonish if you think it is required.Of to bed now, phones gone mad last two days, inadvertanly overbooked myself tomorrow. 😥 Still eight days work is better than one. 😀
Cheers.

Will someone who can moderate the Related Trade forum please delete his post from “Part P”. Gratuitously rude. I have PM’d him about it.

He say –
“philfish.
A few full stops and the occasional comma would make your post a little easier to read.
Robelee”
Just plain rude IMO.

Keep an eye out for any posts by ‘silvercody’, he/she has just sent me a PM with the following message.
‘hi,just wondering if u knew of a electrical device to test an washing machine to see if it powers up with out pluging it in a power point…eg when theres no power around and u need to see if it works …thanks’
Cannot find any posts as yet but I hope my reply will prevent them from doing themselves serious harm. 🙁

He has replied to me and after reading his PM I told him that you are the man to contact Chris. 😆
here is his last message.
‘thanks for your reply,i work for fisher & paykel aus and as a hobbie i buy used fisher & paykel washing machines sometimes from the dump and u cant plug them in to see if the motor controller is blown, so u have to wait till u get it home to test it,so thats why i was wondering if there was some way how to test a motor controller if its blown without pluging it in.. ‘

I suspect that he may well work for F+P, but he ain’t an engineer. Sorry, we’re technicians now. 😀 He is now posting in the Oz forum and isn’t exactly helping – doesn’t read the thread for a start. I think I’ll have to peck him soon……
