Participanthiya wondered if anyone can help?
i got a zanusii washer dryer wdt 1085 type p6296154 serial number 55000574 and when its on the drying cycle i have to open the powder drawer to release the steam or i get it leaking out in other places.any ideas greatly appreciated

Hmmm!, That could be a blocked condensor unit?
It dries the clothes, does it?
Unless you have the patience of Noah, use Repairs@, or if you wanna try it yourself, unplug the machine first.

its drying fine just got gurgling and steam,what does the condensor look like and is it a big job to unblock?

Note: It might not be your condensing unit!

cant seem to find owt about condensors might just call some one out if its a big job

The condensing unit is the large plastic (see-thoughish) tub thing on the back of the main tub. I say see-throughish, because it should be fluffed up!
To acess it the washer’s cabinet has to be split, which is top off, then the whole back half of the machine comes off. If you can’t do that, I’d call an engineer then! 😉

I have had the same fault if the condensor unit comes away form the top mounting if you take the lid off you will see a tube out of place
