    when spinning with load there is a very loud knocking noise, when empty it sounds fine. Any suggestions to resolve this problem.

    Hi leway

    it sounds as if you have a loose top weight, will need tightening, BUT NOT TOO TIGHT, or you will snap the mountings on the drum

    Power off if removing any panel………..
