No spares info on the Glen Dimplex disk for this model Goose even though it’s listed 🙁
A call to Stoves I’m afraid, 0151 4327838 (I believe it’s changed to an 0870 number now )

I dunno either for sure, I’ve read the other posts on this model and the closest I got was a Smeg:

But it was never confirmed.
Goose, what was the part number for the heater please ?

Its a Servis clone judging by the lower panel and spray arm setup. The PT No Stoves gave me was: 082619107 which dosn’t show up any where. I am a bit worried that this is going to turn out to be the right part as it seems a bit under priced for Stoves. Would any one know if its suppied as a unit or you have to fit a new element in the box

This is very strange. I called to order the part and mistakenly dialed the number for Brandt, The funny thing was they identified
the correct part, claimed thay have it in stock and the young lady on the phone could even confirm that the element is supplied seperatly from the heater box They are called A To Z Spares. Any one heard of them?Goose

Yes, I’ve heard of them. They are Brandt’s spares outlet to the public.
There was some problem Martin had with them a while back with extended delivery times.
I also made the mistake of telling someone this model was a Brandt made one and they wanted the door hinge straps, it turned out it wasn’t a Brandt at all 😉

So whats the tie up with Brandt, De Deitrich, Belling Stoves New world Etc. Could thay be an alternative to Connections?

They may be appointed spares stockists for Glen Dimplex (Stoves Belling etc) as well by now I guess.
They aren’t a wholesaler though, or weren’t. Only public sales so no discount structure.
It may be worth checking them though if they have all the info to hand 🙂
I can’t seem to find a website, any contact details please ?

Goose, is there a manufacturers part number on the part? Most of those Belling used to be Brandt, but the nearest they get to a ‘heater box’ type is pn31X9415 which is a regular failure.

Didn’t look for a manufacturers number when I there. The part thay have sent is a standard WM type element but the girl assured me it fits in to the heater box still not sure though! Let you know next week when I go back
