Hi, Hope this is in the right part of the forum!
I was recently given a Smeg DWF66 that had stopped working. 8) The Previous owner said that it had developed a very slight leak and then after a few months given up completely.
After firing it up, I noticed that everthing was working apart from the impeller pump.
After taking it off and stripping down I found that the threaded connection between motor and impeller had snapped, and this was also where the water had been leaking from (the bearing in the motor is shreiking like a banshee, but I’ve got a spare). I’m pretty sure I just need the white plastic impeller assembly. I’ve used a photo from another thread and highlighted the bit I need:

Is there anything else I should be aware of?

    thanks

    Tim

You should be OK just replacing the pump housing if a new bearing in the motor does the trick 🙂

Part number 690070529 at £32.07 ex VAT and carriage, an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk please if you’d like one

    Dave.
