Customer tells me when cooking in the top part of oven food cooks ok, but on the middle and lower shelves, cooking is uneven only one side appears to cook and the other side underdone.
Door seals appears to be ok…hinges seem ok as door closes as normal..
as anyone any thoughts please…john
Is the fan getting up to speed? Hot at the top seems to suggest heat rising due to it not being circulated fast enough by the fan. These fan motors take a few moments to get up to speed; I’ve had a couple run slow – similar fault.
