ParticipantTo allay those persistent ‘doubting thomas’s critical views over the ISE machine, isn’t it about time we got a few CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS posted on UKW? Surely enough have been sold to an equal number of satisfied customers that one or two of them could at least be gently coerced into providing us with their comments on how good the machine is. How nice the ISE dealer was in providing such a unique product? How happy they are with the 5 year guarantee? How wonderful it washes…etc etc…???

Meh, I’m stuck on #6 atm.
Though, I just sold a £700 Siemens 😀 but lost the service for 10 years 😯
Twasn’t one of our customers, so I suppose that’s ok?

I got #6 last week!
This week, when I’ve been showing customers the ISE, everyone has bought the £500 Siemens. It’s the future! A £500 German tank of an ISE. £700 with 5 year cover and insatallation 😉

A customer writing a thank you letter praising the ISE machine and the attentive first class service from the agent cannot be that hard to find surely?
There’s enough of them been sold across the land, that I do know, enough for one person at least to give the product and service some credit 🙄

Tell me this, who has the completed warranty forms? Who knows the addressess of those ISE owners? Who can possibly do a ‘mail-out- to those owners for their feedback?

please do not do anything that suggests you are representing ISE, yourselves fine, but make sure any canavassing you do is on your own behalf and does not implicate ISE.

Im sure Sean was wanting to compile a feedback of ISE customers on behalf of ISE and Jim has done a great job of a feedback sheet which hopefully is just waiting for Ken to give the thumbs up.
Lets try and be united and give the same presentation and quality that has been given the ISE project so far by waiting for protocol.Greg

Problem is guys that ISE has an MD who you are short circuiting, I know you don’t mean to, but, John should be involved in this sort of customer contact and promotion.
Whilst several of you have progressed this, please introduce the MD into it.
