    hi,
been out to above d/washer, 1st neon (rinse)on contineous, and 5th neon flashing (start), also beeper going. switched of at mains cancelled prog, no lights flashing reset prog on cold pre-rinse. it drained, filled, washed , drained prog end o.k. reset onto 50 deg plate wash, drained, filled, washed, then drained the pre rinse. it pulsed to wash, it filled, the dispenser ejected tablet, then stopped and reverted back to rinse neon on con’t, again with 5th light flashing. could not reset to any wash, always went to above neon sequence. tested heater ok, ntc has a reading of about 67k,after cold water had been in (about 14degC) . any ideas out there lads, logically speaking is it the user board. (connect has it pt/n 5031688259775)
ps. checked wiring no breaks to ntc, and heater.motor working and d/pump ok.??

    Hi Tell
If you count the number of times that the start light flashes between pauses this will give you the erreo code.
Then go to the top of this forum to “known error codes” and all will be revealed.

    hi, EFS
the 5th light flashes at a constant rate, with no pause’s at all. had tried to count to see if there was a sequence, re: known error codes.

That’s likely to be a single flash. NTC fault.

just an after thought -but may be worth checking,
there is a sump pressure switch just in front of the ntc, half turn takes it out, give it a good wash with hotwater, as it gets all gunged up, and can cause d/w to revert to fault condition..
    cheers ally

    Hi 🙂
I had one recentley were it was doing odd things and it turned out to be the pressure switch was leaking onto the NTC 💡 also NTC was 20meg
hope that helps 🙂 I changed both

thanks for the feedback lads, certainly sounds like an NTC fault F1, contineous flash. but could the board be at fault, if i’m getting a reading of 67k at 14 degC through the wiring through the connecter off the pcb.
remember, i had the motor, d/pump and all other functions, running on the first test. and these boards are about £80.00.
