    Hi all,

Our machine wasn’t emptying, so I had to pull the machine out from the wall and lean it on it’s back last night so I could access the pump – undid the pump, cleaned out the dog fluff that was in there and reassembled.

Now it powers on fine, but

    (Symptom One)
Won’t fill correctly – by changing the water temperature (either hotter or colder, doesn’t matter), it will start filling at the normal rate. After about 2 minutes, the machine faults, the lights 10000011 (plus 2 spin lights?) come on and it beeps.

    (Symptom Two)
Select spin cycle, machine empties (yay!), however won’t start a spin cycle. Again, after about 2 minutes, the machine faults with the same error code.

Any ideas? I got as much water as possible from the machine before pulling the pump, however some did come out. Beyond that, have I maybe crushed/damaged something by leaning it against the wall?

    Cheers,

    Mike.

Basically the same problem as this one:

Entirely possible that you’ve disturbed the wiring or bracket when it’s gone over.

Thanks Penguin – good to know that it’s not likely to be terminal 🙂

We’ve had a good run with this machine, we’ve had it for 10 years now and the only other thing that’s gone wrong is a reed switch in the lid. Be a shame to have to replace it really.
