Hello Mr Honda……
Your code is for a fault in the cold water fill circuit. Faulty wiring is common, or the valve solenoid is faulty. You should get a reading of approx 64ohms. If it has failed, you will need p/no 420148 = the proportional inlet valve.Power off when poking about inside.

Thanks for that, i will get in and check now or long weekend is over and i need to wash. he he.
I Gather i need to break the silver warranty tab and open the brown circuit board cover to access terminal ends to check the ohms.
Also the valve has a white label with 319403 and what looks to be a build date05/03 or may 03 which would make sence as i purchased in oct 03. Does this number have any reference or just an assembly thing, the valve has a 24v stamp. Do these push into a grommet or seal on the mixing tank that they sit in ?
Thanks Again and in advance

If you start with the impedence test on the valve coil, you may not have to disturb the module/wiring at all. The valve is a push fit into the grommet, again, no need to disturb it yet. If you get about 64ohms through the coil, then you’ll have to delve deeper.

Ok, so now you’ve got to the electronics end of things – trace the wiring back to the board, slip the connector and repeat the resistance test – should give a very similar reading. If OK, you’ll need to check whether or not you’re getting 12vdc to the valve.
