Hi, the power went off in the house whilst using the oven & since then it will not heat up although the fan works fine. Reading elsewhere on the forums I assume the fan element needs replacing? Also, since the power cut when trying to use the grill it starts heating but then starts smoking badly. Do you think I need a new grill element as well or is there another reason why the grill would have started smoking?

    Thanks for any answers.

Fan oven element is p/no 76X3719 – an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering.

Grill element may be suffering from accumulated grease if not used regularly – it should burn off, but it can be a smelly process!

Power off if investigating the fan element further.
