    Hi

Last time I was on here and had a fault on this machine you helped me fix it with little difficulty so I’m living in hope this time.
The current problem is that I put the machine on last night and went to bed only to find it still on the rinse cycle this morning. I have checked the hose connection and that seems ok and made sure the pump isn’t blocked. I have
also started the machine severaltimes but it does not seem to fill. When I opened the door this morning the soap tablet was in the machine but undissolved.
The only other perhaps relevant thing is that the display is showing a red dot in the bottom right corner.
I would be most grateful for any advice.

The base is flooded I would think? UNPLUG THE MACHINE FIRST :zap: and tip the whole machine on its back enough (about 45 degrees) to allow the water to leak out. (Backwards remember, not sideways!!)

If water does leak onto the floor, the problem is solved for the short term at least. You should find it now works OK?

If not then click the link below for local help. 😉

Thanks very much for that Martin. I had tried that about half an hour ago after finding a similar problem on the forum but I also tipped the machine sideways. A pile of water did come out and when the machine was switched on it sounded more normal. However it does seem to be filling but very slowly and I think the pump is operating continuously and as before the arms aren’t working.

Have I messed it up by tipping sideways and
Is it likely to be a big repair

    Thanks once again

    Module is faulty then.
The module you require is p/no 264877. Please use the link for spares on my signature below or engineer link if required.

Thanks very much Greg. I’ll check on the spare and see if I am able to fit it myself.
