As many of you are already aware the DASA AGM will be held on the 18th October 2003 with a brief Council Meeting held on the afternoon of the 17th October prior to that. It is most likely that this meeting will be extremely well attended and so therefore, should you wish to attend the AGM (or indeed the Council Meeting on the Friday) you must signal this to DASA.
There are two forms available for download, one for accommodation and the other for the day delegate rate and to reserve a place at the Open Forum, which promises to be most interesting. The day delegate rate includes lunch.
It is stressed that space may well be limited and, for this reason if numbers are high, admittance on the day should you just “turn up” may not be possible.
Sadly, DASA cannot process online transactions or accept payment by any electronic method and this will have to be done via snail mail.

The actual AGM starts at 10.30am and is expected to last about 30 minutes, only DASA members can attend that session. It is expected that from 11.00am the Open Forum will begin and that is open to DASA and non-DASA members alike.
