Is it draining all the water away ?

Check the filter and waste hose connections etc for blockages 🙂

    Hi Terry
More than likely motor brushes. Unplug appliance and remove and check the length.
Should be approx 1.5 inch in length when new FYI
You will need to take motor off to gain access and please note make of motor as there are two motors on this appliance and will need this to obtain correct brushes.

    Hi Terry
If you are profficient in the use of a multimeter, you could check the motor pin resistances.

    Between:-
    Pin 2 and 3…. 0.8 ohms – 2 ohms
    Pin 4 and 5…. 4 ohms – 10 ohms
    Pin 6 and 7…. 14 ohms – 240 ohms

:lesson: Please note these readings will be obtained with the appliance unplugged :plug:

If that checks out the wiring from motor to module for continuity.
If in any doubts, please feel free to use the engineer link below.

Hi, motor checked out ok so did wiring, module inspected and found residue on pcb looks like over heated so module to blame,£100+ for new one so new machine @ £200 looks favourite thanks tho to Dave & Greg
    for advice.
