    Hi.

    My Exxcel dishwasher seems to have a jammed pump – it just humms when it should be pumping put…

    Any clues / help available?

    Yes, take the pump cover off (as illustrated in your Instruction Booklet 😉 ) and check if the pump impellor is jammed with something?

    OK. Is that the white cover under the filter plate inside the washer?

    Yes! 😀 It has one Torx (T20) headed screw holding it in place 😉

    Be careful if it is sharp glass. Difficult to see in the water.

    I know wanted to go as well. and no work on. Will travel next year for a day out instead.
