    Bosch Excell model sgs 43E02GB/35

    select any program,time sets in box,motor runs and fills machine with water.Then drain pump starts to drain ,there is a constant cycle of fill (with thud as it fills and draining almost constant fill then drain.Water is cold.timer does not count down.i have tried resets but no different.filters clear

    just over 2 years old and my second Bosch appliance to go faulty.

    Help most appreciated

    Machine is probably underfilling. There is a corrugated hose in the front left corner under the machine which needs to be stripped out and cleaned to allow full filling.

    I have looked where you say and hose is not accesable.I doubt this is blocked as we are in the soft water part of the country and the inlet filter is not blocked.Machine fills OK with water but when it wishes to run the program it just clunks as it tries to either draw more water or spin the washers, and at the same time drains the water.Timer does not count down! 😕

    It is accesible you will have to remove the front plinth and steel plate behind. The soft area will not have any bearing on this build up in the hose, its due to decaying food thats accumulated in there.
