Hi ,
Just took a load of washing out of machine when i touched the drum i had a small electric shock.
Could something obvious be causing this or is best left in the hands of an engineer?
needless to say im not using the machine untill its sorted.

Hi Greg,
Well im not sure lol, My husband is thinking that it was from static but im not convinced, btw would that make it happen if i was holding on to the sink
thanks 🙂
Hi
It sounds like going to be an earthing fault either of the appliance or the socket. If your hand was on the sink unit stainless, then you will need to check there is a good earth on that aswell.
The best advice to be safe is to get the appliance checked out by a qualified engineer and the house electrics by a qualified electrician IMHO.
