    Hi,

    I have ZX99/5SI (SN:9284059333230184) which after some time of not being used got switched on and it is not cooling in freezer cabinet to -18C, but just -3C. Fridge cabinet has stable 4C which is good. Compresor is running quietly, time to time fans get turned on. I have cleaned it (including condenser) before we turn in on. I gave it more then 24h to settle down temperatures, but there is no change. I found similar problems elswhere, but no solution. Can you help please.

    have you checked the condensor inside the freezer to make sure there is an even spread of frost across it, could be blocked or short of gas.
