Hi,Customer says it sometimes stops with 17 mins remaining…she always uses economy but has been trying quick wash and it is ok. the other problem which may be related is that to cancel a programme hold the two buttons in but to change it the m/c must be switched off. Everything seems ok.
    Can anyone help?
    Thanks

Turbidity sensor problem then most likely? Does it heat up OK I wonder?

Now this is a bit more scary? Are you saying that using the correct 2 button procedure to ‘reset’ the machine, it won’t?

Because if so, the Module is up the swanney! 😕

    Hi Martin,
    The heater reaches temp ok.
You can cancel the prog but to reset another prog you have to switch off . Hope that clarifies it.
Where is the Turbidity sensor and what does it do? and surely this waoul cause probs on all programmes
    Thanks

PS Never worked on one of these before, always avoided them

17 minutes left. The dry cycle is about that long. Would also fit with it completing a quick prog, as there is no dry cycle 😉 .

Normal to have to turn off to re-select another programme after resetting if memory serves 😕

Sounds like customer thats faulty to me.
