ParticipantCan anyone tell me what this error code signifies, I’m going to the machine tomorrow but the fault code is’nt listed on those already posted. Thanks a bunch.

Comms error. Wiggling the ribbon cables between the boards usually sorts it… Most of the time…

E90 is the user code. You’ll need to go into the diagnostics mode to see what the specific code is. It could be anything from E91 to E94. In my experience, these codes usually end up with a pcb change.

front user board has allways been a problem on these machines from conception, E91 comunications error between userpcb and main pcb, very rairly main pcb.

I have the same prob E90. its intermettent, when I tried, it started within a second or so.
Reset and worked ok, functionally tested and ok… WEIRD!!!

I second the comments of the previous postee’s. Wiggle your ribbon cables or better still take both ends off and pinch the blocks before refitting…sorted! 😉

Thanks for the replies, seems like this is quite a common fault, going back tomorrow so will try these ribbon cable connections, thanks again.

KeymasterMost of intermittent E9_ cases in me were dirty PCB around ULN2003 (SMD) in user interface electronic. If don’t work at all and shows only E9_ was ULN it self (changing remove problem).
