I have checked the forum for similar faults – apologies if I’ve missed this one.
Our 2 year old oven seemed slow on conventional cooking so I tried the fan cooking setting. Result: no heat at all. Presumably all of the ‘conventional’ heat was being produced by the ‘bottom heat’ element. The fan runs OK. Is this likely to be a fan element failure, in which case:
    1. What part do I need?
    2. Is it a reasonably easy DIY job? I’ve mended most things over the years.
I’ve read in these forums about a cooling fan switch failure causing problems, but this doesn’t seem to be the same fault.
    Relevant numbers are

    Thanks, Jon.

Fan oven element failure, almost certainly. Access by removing rear panel of the oven, power off, of course.

If it has failed, you need p/no 3192085-10/2 – an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering.

    This link is pretty informative:
